Pre-Employment Testing

They all measure behavioral and motivational traits along with attitude. Some assessments measure skills as well. THE ANALYST-LINK COMMENTARY (ALC)

A cost effective Pre-employment assessment
Finding just the right "fit" for the job is very important. Yet today, it is just as important to find employees who are reliable and have a high level of "work ethic", that is why the ALC is so valuable. The ALC takes just 10 minutes to administer. It rates and ranks a candidates suitability to the job. The ALC includes training information, a job suitability rating, and valuable information about the work-style of the candidate and how to motivate and manage them. It even details potential areas for improvement. Best of all, the ALC can be used after hiring as part of a training and orientation program designed to achieve maximum productivity in the shortest amount of time.

SUCCESS FACTOR ANALYSIS (SFA)

The Success Factor Analysis (SFA) is a highly detailed and extremely job specific assessment for pre-employment use and post-hire performance development. Each SFA report is reviewed and annotated by one of our trained analysts. It rates and ranks candidates as it measures job suitability. The SFA uses our exclusive "Activator" form that enables you to custom configure the assessment to your job requirements and specify the traits necessary for success on the job. The SFA is available for over 85 Management, Executive, Sales, and Staff Positions. It takes just 10 minutes to administer.

The PREVUE ASSESSMENT SYSTEM

The Prevue pre-hire assessment system us highly focused and extremely job specific. Prevue "Basic" and "Advanced" pre-hire reports include a voucher for a FREE on-boarding, training, and orientation program to ensure your new-hire is rapidly acclimated to the job. Prior to use, we work with you to develop a custom benchmark for each job.

Prevue reports are available in two formats:

1. Prevue "Advanced" report with Analyst Review
2. Prevue "Basic" report.
3. Prevue SSQ - A specialized assessment for semi-skilled positions.

- Custom Configuration Tools-

There are times when an additional level of screening is required. The following assessments may be appended to the ALC, SFA, or Prevue on an "As Needed" basis.

RELIABILITY REGISTER

The Reliability Register (RR) is a 10 minute assessment that measures Reliability, Integrity, Work Ethic, and Positive response to supervision. It may be administered online or via a paper form faxed to us. It is available in English and Spanish. This is a perfect, low cost, due-diligence, assessment for hotel, fast-food, restaurant, factory, driver, installers, home health-care workers and for general labor positions. The RR is often added to the ALC, SFA, or Prevue assessment as an additional screening tool for high turnover positions.

LEARNING & REASONING REPORT

This advanced assessment is often used as part of the pre-hire process for Technical, IT, Programmers, and Engineers. It measures the abstract thinking, cognitive reasoning, and the ability to solve problems, read charts and graphs, and measures spatial acuity. This report may be appended to the SFA and ALC assessments. It is included with the Prevue pre and post hire assessment program.

SALES SKILL INDEX

The (Strategic) Selling Skills Index (SSI) is an advanced sales assessment that is most often used as part of the screening process for sales or as the final step in the pre-hire process for sales people or sales managers. It measures the ability to strategize for sales success in complex sales situations. The SSI is also used post-hire along with the ALC, Prevue, or SFA Performance Development Program. The SSI consists or 64 sales situations. The examinee selects the most effective response. The SSI can be set to evaluate Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Sales Management ability.
